Breakfast was great; on Sunday we were lucky to get a freshly made omelette of our choice.

I was cycling through Schleswig Holstein and the inn fit nicely into my itinerary; it was cyclist‑friendly because a bike garage was available. Unfortunately, I stayed on the inn’s day off, so dinner was not an option and there was no other place in town to eat.

“Ruhige Unterkunft in der schönen Probstei”

Having stayed here before, I knew I’d like it again, and it lived up to that expectation: a clean, spacious room in a quiet spot, and the front‑desk folks were very friendly. Breakfast was tasty as usual, and I could lock my bike safely in the garage. I’ll definitely return. The only gripe is that the lady who fried the eggs in the morning could learn a bit more courtesy from the rest of the staff.
