The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the rooms by the courtyard were quiet, parking was available, the location is good, the rooms are very nice, and it’s pet‑friendly.

The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable, and the restaurant was good with courteous service. Occasionally a noise came from the fifth floor—perhaps the elevator or outside—but we still managed to sleep.

We stayed only for the night, no breakfast, and the staff were friendly and quick at check‑in. The underground parking was tight and nearly full, yet we had to pay €18 a day. The room was very small, the double bed was narrow, and there was only one blanket for two people, which I didn't like. In the bathroom the room service had not finished, leaving an empty tissue box. The bathroom tiles already had some scratches. We tried to order drinks from room service in the evening, but that didn't work, so we went to the bar instead; the Aperol Spritz there was bad. For €180.00 plus €18 parking and no breakfast, it wasn't worth it.

The staff were helpful, but there were no blinds and the curtains didn't block the street light; the road noise was a bit loud, and the location felt a bit cramped.
