Everyone was friendly and helpful, but I couldn't stay longer than planned.

La atención y la limpieza fueron excelentes.

The room was tidy and the breakfast was decent, but the shower leaked when we arrived, and the AC was awful— it would run for a few minutes, then stop, and keep making a harsh clicking sound that ruined our sleep.

I booked a two‑bedroom room, but the first bed had a missing bottom leg holder; after reporting it to the front desk, the staff were rude and told me to leave, then they charged me 150 on my card as a “booking deduction.” I will never stay there again.
