The hotel’s spot is great with plenty of restaurants and shops around, and the parking lot is big and well lit at night. My room was roomy and spotless, and the front‑desk and housekeeping teams were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a nice spread, and I could grab a coffee whenever I wanted. The only hiccup was that I couldn’t open my door one night; I called the front desk, and Shirley, who was there, followed me to my room and unlocked it, promising to call maintenance if needed. The issue was fixed and I appreciated how she handled it.
