The spot is in a central area, a bit off the usual tourist trail but still close to shops, cafés and restaurants. The only downside is the stairs—nothing else.

The building’s architecture is impressive, and having a sauna and cold bath right in the bathroom is a nice touch. The location is great, tucked in a lively part of Tokyo with boutique eateries nearby. A few small annoyances: no trash bin in the room, a broken blind, and a bit of dim lighting around the kettle and fridge. We couldn’t determine if the sauna temperature control was functioning, and it ended up being too hot for us.

The entire experience was absolutely wonderful. Not much room for larger people, but would 100% recommend this place
