The price is affordable for a front‑of‑the‑bus station location, but the cleanliness and structure are terrible, the shared bathroom is dirty, the room smells of mold, and the service is awful—I had to cancel another reservation I’d booked and never got a reply on WhatsApp! They only want your money but don’t give you the necessary attention!! From everything, the room was poorly arranged with stairs, a dirty shared bathroom, and bad service.

Excellent service. Receptionists Stefania and Denny are wonderful—polite, smiling, and helpful. The single room is small but comfortable. Breakfast is basic but available, and it’s right next to the bus station! Because it’s next to the bus station, there is a high concentration of drug users and homeless people, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

The spot was solid, and the amenities were nice, but the bathroom left something to be desired and there was a cigarette odor that bothered me.
