“Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff and a Few Issues”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the internet speed was good, and the room was spacious, newly renovated, and in great condition, making the overall stay pleasant. However, the room wasn’t cleaned daily—housekeeping only came once a week—and the air‑conditioning unit in my room was noisy, with a compressor issue that disrupted comfort.

“It was a a horrible experience”

I didn’t do anything, yet I was charged $100. I couldn’t reach anyone to talk to—a live person. You guys suck. You burned me for $100. If you want to make things right, refund me.

“Dirty rooms”

I liked the location. The place was not very clean. We made reservations for 1 night (2 adults 2 children) when we arrived we all showered after a long drive we each used 1 towel, I asked for towels the following day and the worker did not want to give me 4 so I settled for 2. I would never go back to that place!
