“Very unsatisfied”
The location was not too far from Old Sac where I was attending an event. The swimming pool and hot tub was great very relaxing and the breakfast was good. My friend and I slept on the sofa bed. When she opened it up for us to get ready to sleep. She killed a black spider. When we check out we both noticed that we were bitten. I called the hotel 2 days later to report it. I was told that it was going to be reported to house keeping and management and someone will get back to me. No response I called back 2 days later and spoke with a manager and she said that she couldn’t do anything because I didn’t report it on the day that it happened. Also the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very thin and you could feel the metal bar

The property sits behind a row of shops, making it hard to locate and not very attractive. I didn’t feel safe there, and the staff were lacking.
The location was fine, but the lady at the front desk handed a key to someone else without telling me.
The place was close to everything and easy to reach. The room was a small studio but had everything you’d need, and the bed was absolutely amazing.
“The new lobby looks great and now they need to remodel their rooms.”
I’ve stayed at this hotel for years. They recently renovated the lobby and added a bar and restaurant, which I like. The location is super convenient. The downside was that our room faced the front, so freeway noise was audible. I usually ask for a back room but forgot this time because I was exhausted.
