The apartment was lovely, spacious, and comfortable, with good local restaurants nearby. The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. The bus route to Roma termini was unreliable, so we used the metro instead, which was about a 15‑minute walk away but offered great service.

The host was very kind and helpful; we arrived late at night because of flight delays, and although she couldn't wait for us, she sent us the access codes and room keys via WhatsApp and even upgraded us to a nicer room. The only downside was the tiny bathroom.

The receptionist welcomed us warmly and assisted with everything, and the property is generally clean. We were upset that we had to pay an extra local tax and for late check‑in, which ended up adding almost €100 without any clear warning. We were only told upon arrival that our private bathroom, located across the hallway, could not be locked. The worst part was the location: although it didn’t seem far from tourist spots, getting there by public transport was difficult and time‑consuming, and the neighborhood itself isn’t very pleasant or tourist‑friendly.
