I couldn't pull the desk chair, and even when I did, there was no room to pass; I had to struggle and carry it out into the hallway. The room was just too tight, and the single room barely fit two beds.

The sauna, smoking room, and staff were all good, but the in-room toilet and TV felt underwhelming.

The staff were very kind and handled things well. The toilet and bath were cramped, so moving around was difficult.
