“Location great, it was very clean, breakfast great, everything you need”

I stayed in a spot that was super convenient and spotless, giving me a perfect 10 out of 10.

“Should have kept Expectations rock-bottom”

The location was the only great thing—just off a busy main road to the Central Station, a 15‑20 minute walk, with a Metro station in between. The room was large and spacious, almost like a B&B, though the bathroom was small but tidy. Luckily there was an elevator. The host sent a WhatsApp message about entry and later arranged a taxi to the airport early that morning. Basically, keep your expectations low: a clean room, clean bathroom, clean linen (though I'm not sure about that), some breakfast, and that's it. The bed was quite uncomfortable and gave me a back ache. Air conditioning was badly positioned at one end, never cooled the room, making nights uncomfortable. The breakfast lady brought packaged items into the room, including toast, milk, and coffee, but no eggs or fruit—better to step out and cross the road for breakfast. The Wi‑Fi password was a long alpha‑numeric string with upper and lower case letters, and the password in the room differed from the one in the lobby, so I had to wait until morning for the breakfast lady to enter it into our phones. Host communication was extremely limited once we arrived. When my wife sprained her ankle and I needed ice for a cold compress, there was no response to my WhatsApp request.

The place is in a great spot and the room is clean and functional, but the elevator feels a bit old.

“Hôtel simple bien situé”

La situation près du centre historique et sur un boulevard " safe" et facile à trouver. La communication a été très claire avec l'hôte, bien que tout se fait en ligne, aucun contact direct.Il nous a permis de prendre un café et petit snack, plus tôt que prévu avant notre départ à l'aéroport et servi en chambre (d'office) par une charmante dame.Il a également organisé notre transfert vers l'aéroport en taxi pour 25 € , le chauffeur était bien à l'heure et très courtois. C'était propre. Dans l'ensemble, tout s'est bien passé , il est important de dire que ce n'était au départ pas l'hôtel de notre choix, il a été choisi en catastrophe suite à l'annulation de l' hôtel de notre choix, le jour même !!! L'hôte de Napoli Central City a fait le maximum pour nous, on l'en remercie. Le lieu est vieillot. C'est très basique , la déco n'était pas de notre goût. Les joints de la douche ont beaucoup vécus comme le reste ( notamment matelas du lit) . Le prix est aussi basique donc on a oas àse plaindre, difficile de trouver mieux dans cette gamme de prix à Naples
