The two‑storey room was stunning and they showered us with gifts, even a chocolate garden tortoise. I liked that we could drive a buggy around the resort and feed the tortoises. The pools were tiny, there was nowhere to swim, and the restaurants offered a limited menu that wasn’t very tasty.

“Excellent Stay”

Breakfast had a decent variety. The hotel sits next to a souk with plenty of dining options. From arrival to departure everything was top‑class; the décor is lavish, the staff are warm, and the service was superb.

We enjoyed a truly memorable stay with my family; the ocean view from the luxury room was breathtaking. Everything surpassed our expectations: the food was delicious, the room felt like a palace, the indoor and executive pools were immaculate and crystal‑clear, and the staff were very friendly. “The best place to stay with the family and the best stuff.”

The staff were the best we’ve ever encountered—friendly and supportive, and the butler helped us with a late check‑out. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the location was great, and breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. The only downside was the absence of a handheld bidet sprayer for the toilet.
