“Good hotel, avoid their spa offer.”
The room and its amenities were solid, but the spa suite fell short of expectations, forcing us to cancel the booking because the staff service was poor and the facilities were non‑functional.
“Hôtel bien placé, accueil sur mesure !”
The location is perfect for accessing the tram and metro, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks in the room (coffee, tea, water). The breakfast was hearty, and the coffee was made fresh by the staff. The luggage service let us enjoy our last day without worry.

The breakfast offered a great selection of hot, cold, and continental items. All in all, a lovely hotel that I’d stay at again, with nothing to dislike.
