The staff was very friendly and professional. The refrigerator was large and worked well. This was the first time we were placed in an outside room. This was not great when it started raining heavily and there was no coverage. Also, our keys stopped working after one day and we have to be rekeyed. We also had limited towels

Breakfast was great. Bookings.com said check‑in was 12:00, but it wasn’t until 3:00; they were very accommodating and let us in at 1:00.
