“Good service and food, but outdated facilities and maintenance issues prevented it from feeling like”

The service was excellent, especially the hospitality from Ms. Renu, and the food was delicious with overall good cleanliness; given the price, the stay felt enjoyable and offered reasonable value for money. However, the room’s facilities seemed outdated, notably the old television and D2H connection, and the bathroom lacked proper water containment, making the floor slippery and increasing the risk of falling; the chipped walls near the 12th‑floor lift area leading to the pool also detracted from the hotel’s appearance.

The location was good, with easy access, and the rooms and bathrooms stayed clean. The staff were polite and professional, but the elevators needed serious improvement—they were a mess during my stay.

We enjoyed a peaceful, comfortable stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Udaipur Roop Nagar. The Junior Suite was clean, spacious, and ideal for a family visit, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
