“Buon rapporto qualità prezzo”

Great location, close to the center and about a 15‑minute walk from the station. The room was spacious, the bathroom was fine, and the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but three days was okay. Check‑in was practical and quick; we had communicated our arrival times and had no problems, which is reassuring after reading mixed reviews. Overall, for the price paid, it was an excellent experience. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor—maybe from the shower drain—and the building was noisy, especially on weekends when you could hear a lot of shouting from outside. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning for anyone sensitive to noise.

The location was great, close to many bars, museums and the sea. The room was well cleaned and the bed was comfortable enough. The TV didn’t work at all despite our attempts, nor did the Wi‑Fi. The air conditioning was noisy and would turn on and off loudly when it hit the set temperature during the night. There were no lamps in the room, only overhead lighting, which became a bit uncomfortable when I went to sleep and my partner wanted to read before bed. Lastly, the bathroom was roomy but the shower doors wouldn’t close properly and leaked water to the floor outside. Maybe it would be worth paying an extra €10 to stay in a better accommodation.

“Cuando se tiene un negocio hay que pensar mínimamente en el cliente”

The place was central. The room lacked basic amenities: the air conditioner didn’t work the first day but was fixed quickly. It was ugly and not very cozy, though it was clean. The mini‑fridge didn’t cool anything; a fridge should cool, not just look like one, especially in the heat. The milk warmer couldn’t be cleaned and left a burnt taste, so we only used it on the first day. There were two plastic ice‑cream spoons for stirring sugar, but they melted when the breakfast milk was hot.

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja blisko starego miasta, dobry kontakt z wynajmującym, czysto. Problemy z klimatyzacją, która słabo działała, wiatrak działał tylko przy włączonym świetle. Surowy i mało przytulny wygląd

“Okay, we are staying at a different location due to problems with the bathroom.”

We stayed at Lia Arts Hotel and ran into issues with the bathroom in our original room, even though we paid the same rate we booked. It’s nice that there’s air conditioning. The hotel wasn’t very clean; we had to ask for fresh linens, and the shower wasn’t clean either. The hot water ran out quickly and came out in a very weak stream.
