The place felt very welcoming, and that’s all there was to say.

We were very impressed by the hotel’s atmosphere and the food was excellent; we also spent an evening at the Michelin‑starred restaurant Einhorn, which was an amazing culinary experience—thanks for that. The only downside was a broken wardrobe door that was simply removed on the last day instead of being fixed, and when we first checked in the room had no towels, though a staff member quickly resolved that.

The property has a lot of potential, but black flies made the stay unbearable. We spent dinner and breakfast trying to keep the flies off our food and ourselves. Flies! No air conditioning! That really hurts, especially with the heat and sauna‑like temperatures when we arrived.
