The property’s location is excellent and well connected, making it a solid choice for overnight or short stays. However, after staying here for the third time, I feel compelled to give constructive feedback. The room I booked advertised a terrace, yet the one I received had none. Mosquitoes were a major issue—dengue‑type mosquitoes were present—and the room needs proper fumigation and deep cleaning. The bathroom’s hygiene standards were low, and the air conditioner seemed to need servicing. Additionally, the elevator is installed but doesn’t work. Because I’ve chosen this place repeatedly, I hope the owner will address these concerns to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and accurate room descriptions for future guests.
