The apartment opens onto a garden area with a pool view and a private entrance. It comprises three separate bedrooms with four beds, accommodating up to three guests. Two private bathrooms are provided, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, and the space is air‑conditioned. A well‑equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware and a barbecue, and a flat‑screen TV with satellite channels is available for entertainment.

“Top”
The location is superb and the spacious apartments have excellent beds and air‑conditioning, just like at home, but the pool needs some work – the surrounding stones are broken and a few loungers are damaged.

Nice, comfortable, and spacious. High standards overall, except the kitchen lacked utensils. The pool area and the pool itself weren’t very fresh; tiles had come loose and the pool wasn’t cleaned.

The place was gorgeous, quiet, and spotless overall. The apartment next to Il borro the Betulla was cozy, but the sofas needed a wash and the pool area could be nicer—there were no pillows, towels, or tidy chairs, giving it an abandoned vibe. A few staff members kept saying “that’s the cheaper section,” yet the rate of $400–$500 a night isn’t cheap.

The cleaning crew, the repair people, and the otherwise invisible staff were fantastic. The hospitality and friendliness of everyone were sublime. I would have liked to add more criticism, but it doesn’t reflect the wonderful holiday we had, so I’ll leave it out.
The location and surroundings were beautiful and well maintained. However, the pool area was incredibly outdated, with very old sun chairs and chipped tiles around the pool that required us to brush them away ourselves, as it was unsafe for kids to walk around. The whole village looks amazing and well kept, but this side was not at all, which is a pity because the view is incredibly beautiful and the place was so quiet and private.
