“Excellent Stay”

Clean, new hotel Friendly service. Front desk staff spoke English and was always willing to help. Excellent location – anything you need is steps away. Connected to a giant mall that includes all shops, including large AEON supermarket. Electronics store if you need to find plug adapter. Coffee, restaurants, etc. Good breakfast – nice offerings and delicious food. Spacious fitness center – 3 treadmills, Smith Machine, free weights. Nice infinity pool as well. Across the street is a strip mall that has laundry service called Waschen Laundry. You can contact them on WhatsApp and they will pick up and drop off laundry at an affordable price. There is also a small gym called myGym FreeBody Fit that you can contact on WhatsApp for a personal training session if you want something different from the hotel’s gym. Comfortable Bed Reliable WIFI TV has a variety of English movie channels. There are some bugs/mosquitoes flying around in the lobby area. I hope they can improve their pest control and eliminate it somehow

The place was clean, the food tasty, and the surroundings still kept a natural vibe. The only downside was the absence of room service.

“Cool and child friendly Hotel.”

We loved the hotel’s spot in Kota WISATA, surrounded by great eateries and linked to a cool mall; my 5‑year‑old adored every playground in both the hotel and the mall, giving us plenty of choices. The pool rarely caught direct sunlight, so the water stayed colder than at other hotels.

“Mooi hotel.”

The décor was beautiful, featuring art in a new building, and the staff were friendly. A sewage smell lingered in the bathroom; they promised to fix it but it never disappeared, and we didn’t request another room. The traffic in Jakarta was extremely busy, making the drive from the city center long.
