It was my wife’s birthday; I asked for a champagne flute glass but they didn’t have one, so I had to buy one at Gateway. I was disappointed because I expected proper hotel service. Since you’re located in Mhlanga, we expected high class. We booked at the same hotel in Ballito and it was far better; they have a pool, a bar, and those are the things we were hoping to find in Mhlanga, but unfortunately we didn’t get what we expected.

Very beautiful and very clean. Reception lady wasn’t friendly . The rooms are not wheelchair accessible struggle to get into the bathroom. Wheelchair parking only one… 2nd day unable to park. Parking very close to the entrance had to guard that I don’t scratch the car. I suggest make available to parking spaces for 2 cars - to be spacious enough
