Situated on a quiet street, it lies 700 m from Fortezza da Basso Convention Center, 1 km from Palazzo Vecchio, and 6 km from Florence Airport.

The room was spacious with high ceilings and clean inside. The toilet, shower, and corner of the bathroom were in the same corner of the room; I’m not sure if that was intentional, but it was a bit far from the entrance. Walking or biking got us everywhere.

The location and hygiene were good. However, there was a lot of noise from the hallway and other nearby rooms, which caused disturbance.

We found the stay quite enjoyable, with a modern, stylish room that was spotless and full of thoughtful touches. The bathroom stood out, featuring a roomy shower and contemporary fixtures. The room itself was comfortable and practical, offering ample space along with a fridge, safe, kettle, and TV. The beds were neatly made, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location was very convenient; the city centre is just a 15–20 minute walk away, so a car isn’t necessary. Public transport works well for farther spots. Overall, the place has a lovely, modern vibe and serves as a great base for exploring Florence. We really liked it and would recommend it, though there is some train noise from passing trains.
