I was surprised that the room only had a single sheet and it was 3 °C at night; luckily I had a blanket in my car that kept me warm.

“Pior motel de Curitiba”

Nothing good, just disappointment from arrival to departure. We arrived at the motel at 19:30 for a single night costing 585,00 and the room smelled of cigarette; I told reception and they moved us to another room. In that room the air‑conditioner didn’t work. The next day I asked for breakfast, which was supposed to be included at 9:00 am, but nothing came; I called again at 10:50 and they said there were still many people ahead, lol. Breakfast finally arrived at 11:00 and at 11:15 they called me saying my stay was over. When I checked in and paid through booking, the front desk said the stay ended at 19:00. We booked this motel only because all of Curitiba’s hotels were full, but I would never return; horrible service and the staff practically told me to leave at 11:15, lol. The worst motel I’ve ever stayed in.

“Expectativa atendida e atendimento atencioso.”

The requested dishes were prepared on time and priced fairly. The facilities are comfortable and the room is very cozy. However, we were missing items such as a bathrobe and slippers that were supposed to be provided.

“Superou as expectativas”

I found the hotel easy to locate, the bed was comfy, the smart TV had subscription channels, the shower was fantastic, and the bathroom felt private. The menu was great and the prices were fair, plus the floor was heated. We stayed in Suite 23. However, the room doors only lock from the inside, so when we left the hotel staff would enter through their internal access and lock the door, then open it for us when we returned. Even though they were careful, I didn’t like the idea of them entering my room with my belongings there, and that was the only thing that bothered us.

The facilities were excellent and the value for money was solid, with great room service.
