The property really needs a renovation.

Nothing about the property justifies the money they charge; the rooms are filthy, the bathroom light is weak and cramped, the smell is awful, the terrace door is jammed, and the room is tiny. Everything is poorly maintained.

The location is fine, but the cleanliness and maintenance leave a lot to be desired.

More cleanliness and a larger room would make the price fairer; the entrance has many steps, no handrail, and isn’t user‑friendly for seniors—there should be a small ramp to avoid the steps.
