The location was fine, but there was no breakfast, staff were unresponsive, a noisy rooftop party raged late at night, the suite’s layout and bathroom were cramped, and there was only one small elevator.

The hotel looks pretty nice and seems clean enough. Compared to other places we stayed in India on the same trip, the room was actually clean, though not as pristine as the photos show. The location isn’t ideal; walking to the city centre takes 30 minutes, but a tuktuk gets you there in 10 minutes for 150 rupees. Not all staff speak English, so communication can be tricky at times. The bar and restaurant service is slow and pricey, and the bed linens could be washed better.

The room and its location were fine. The room itself wasn’t very spacious.

It was just average, nothing remarkable. The place needs a remodel; many items are broken or old. During wedding season it becomes a nightmare with all the noise through the night. Some aspects hit the mark while others miss.
