“Terrible service and long delays—would not recommend”

I was extremely disappointed by the service and the constant delays during my stay. Check-in Delay: I arrived after the official check-in time, but my room was still not ready. I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour with no explanation or apology from the staff. Poor Service: The front desk team was unhelpful and indifferent. They ignored my questions and acted like my presence was an inconvenience. The lack of urgency and poor customer care completely ruined the experience. I will not be returning

The location is good, but the room was dirty and infested with cockroaches.

“Reasonably priced and well located for our purpose, with clean rooms.”

The location was perfect for our boys’ weekend away, with plenty of bars within easy walking distance, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I was disappointed to discover that my original room had no windows, as this was not made clear during the booking process. To obtain a room with a window, I had to pay for an upgrade, which I chose to do. The upgraded room with a window was quite small and felt cramped. The bathroom was designed as a wet room, leaving very little space to shower without bumping into the toilet. In addition, the shelf beneath the mirror was missing, and the air conditioning repeatedly switched itself off, which was far from ideal in such a hot climate. As a result, I opted for a further upgrade. The second upgraded room followed the same design but was noticeably larger and more comfortable. The shower area was also more spacious and easier to use. However, because the entire bathroom functioned as a wet area, anything left out in the bathroom was likely to get soaked during a shower.
