“Perfect people, dreadful hotel”

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful – the best part of the stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was complimentary, and coffee and juice were available on demand. However, the hotel smelled strongly of mold and smoke, especially in the rooms, to the point of feeling unhealthy. I asked to change rooms, which the personnel welcomed, and I appreciate that, but I ultimately chose the one that smelled the least. I had to keep the window open all night. The room was also quite old, but that wasn't a major issue.

“En dépannage. Il y a mieux”

The price was good. The place was very dirty. The room and the corridors were littered with dirty and clean laundry, and the trash container was overflowing.

“房間設備老舊”

The front desk staff are very eager. The room equipment is old; the walls have scratches, the engineering opening above the bathtub still has black fingerprints from workers, the fridge doesn’t cool, the comforter and duvet sizes don’t match, two people cover only the outermost corner with an empty duvet, the bathroom door is old and the switch is loud, the shower head leaks, there is no shower curtain so the whole bathroom gets wet when showering.
