AZZ Valencia Congress Hotel & Spa

A good hotel with nice décor and large, comfortable rooms, but it needs renovation; there’s no food in the hotel except snacks for most of the day, and breakfast is weak quality with long wait times due to a lack of staff.

“Buen hotel y buenísima atención del personal.”

Our experience at the AZZ Valencia Congress Hotel & SPA was very good. It’s a modern, very clean hotel with excellent value for money. We were a family group of 14 celebrating an anniversary, and the service was excellent from the start. Even though we arrived at different times, check‑in was hassle‑free and the staff were always attentive to our needs. We stayed on half‑board, and both breakfast and dinner pleasantly surprised us. Breakfast was a full buffet, and dinner, though a set menu, was varied and high quality. We ate very well. We especially want to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the restaurant staff—both the waiters and the two waitresses who served us were delightful, helpful, and attentive throughout. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from Valencia’s center, about 10‑15 minutes by car. However, if you have a vehicle, it’s an excellent choice for the price. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The place was quiet and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a disappointment; it ran until 11 am, we arrived at 10 am, and there was nothing to eat – only fruit and hardly anything else, and no bread at all, a disaster.

“Soggiorno con amici”

The room was spacious, the breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the view from the room was beautiful. The cleaning wasn’t flawless; small details like the sink in the room’s bathroom and the bidet needed fixing.
