The place was clean and conveniently located, but it needed an extra air conditioner in the inner room and the water pressure was weak.

“Friendly staff, but ruined by unacceptable shoe policies and unfair deductions from the deposit”

The two female staff members were very good and friendly; their service was the highlight of the stay. I was very disappointed with the 1,000 THB deposit and the fact that 200 THB was deducted for a small mark, which felt like an excessive and unfair charge. The mandatory “shoes‑off” policy was not acceptable for a hotel of this type and was very inconvenient during my stay.

The place was clean, but the beds were hard and the room felt cramped.

The only thing that was good was the staff, who were very kind. Everything else was terrible: we were given a room with three large double beds whose mattresses were so old that I got severe back pain; the room had almost no windows, and you could see holes in the ceiling, the door, and the frames were so old that light leaked in. We didn't receive any towels until the first day. I will never return; I've never seen a hotel so bad.
