1 single bed

“Mal”
There was nothing to praise, and the facilities were barely usable.
They didn’t clean the room, the bathroom was bad, the lights kept flickering, and there was no hot water.
There was nothing to praise, unfortunately, and the beds and bathrooms had a smell I had read about in comments but didn’t think was that bad; we’re not picky, but the hotel clearly needs a lot of maintenance.
The price fit my needs perfectly, this was my second stay there and I would definitely book again, and everything was satisfactory.
“Cobros en efectivo y tarjeta, cobros dobles sin justificación.”
The receptionist gave me a little shampoo because there wasn’t any, but I’m currently facing a huge billing issue: when we arrived they told me credit cards were not accepted and forced me to pay in cash; I showed the receipt proving the hotel had already charged the taxes, yet they insisted on cash again; when we withdrew cash they said they had no change and kept all the money; we left the room at midnight for an event in Tulum, yet the next day the hotel charged us the full stay again; they told Booking that we didn’t arrive even though we did and paid in cash, then the hotel cancelled the reservation the following day after check‑in claiming we didn’t arrive, so they charged the card again; when we called the hotel they said the stay was double the price, so they charged double, even though the reservation listed 38 USD and we were charged 80 USD, and the problem remains unresolved.
