The room was cramped, feeling like a two‑person room forced to fit four; the food was bad.

Breakfast and dinner were buffet‑style, which made the meals a lot of fun. The towels for washing faces and hands were rough and painful to touch; after wiping my face, a lot of fiber‑like lint clung to the towel, so I regretted not bringing a separate face towel from home. The distance from the front desk to the elevator in the annex felt long and far.

The buffet was great and the whole family loved it. We booked a Japanese‑style room for five, but the beds were already set up and the space felt cramped. The room looked dated and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, so we asked for a change. We were moved to a renovated building with regular beds and split our stay between two rooms. The new rooms were clean, comfortable, and we slept well. Some facilities were a bit dated yet clean, and the toilet in the original room had a lingering bad smell that couldn’t be fixed, but the staff moved us to a better room in a newly renovated building.

The room was spacious, large enough to open a suitcase completely, a three‑person room with a comfortable living area where the family could gather after dinner and chat, creating a wonderful memory. The accommodation area required a walk to reach the lobby and the hot‑spring pool.
