“warm and hospitable staff”
The hotel is accessible, but the family was not available due to an AC problem.
I'd advise against staying at this hotel - it's not worth the hassle. The rooms were small and cramped, and the location was not convenient for getting around. The hotel itself felt a bit run-down, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping with any issues.
