The spot was great—just a stroll to bars and restaurants, and the gayborhood vibe hit the mark. The only downside was the dumpster smell near the pool.

The historic hotel was beautiful, and Samuel upgraded my room at check‑in. The only complaint was the $20 resort fee, and the hotel only offered valet parking.
