Amazing, considerate, and humane staff, excellent dinner, and the manager Turen Poud is stunning.

A top‑class hotel, spotless, fragrant, with a modern and innovative design, and staff who are incredibly polite and professional. We were upgraded to a suite with breakfast even though we didn’t ask for it! The breakfast was tasty with a wide variety, and the dining room was very clean and well organized. We ordered a birthday package for the room as part of the hotel’s services, and they brought red wine, cake, and a large platter of fresh fruit. A perfect experience. 10/10

I have to mention Racheli from the hotel’s marketing department—when I made a booking mistake she called me right away and helped sort it out, even upgrading me to a suite after I told her it was my birthday. More than anything, her attentiveness after realizing I was stressed by the error meant she took care of everything. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, and it’s really close to everything, so I would certainly stay there again.
The service in Dubai was excellent, and it’s nice to see other hotels with a similar service awareness, though the Smark TV was an issue.
