Cleanliness, staff, and location were all excellent, but the pool was far too small.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the hotel’s location near the station was convenient. We also enjoyed the garden, and the staff spoke clear English and were very helpful, making the stay lovely. The water pressure was the highest among the Italian hotels I’ve stayed in, and the plumbing was clean and comfortable. The nearby Santa Maria Novella pharmacy was only a short walk, and we visited it twice during our stay. We came on our honeymoon, and the thoughtful gift we received after informing them in advance was truly touching.

The location was excellent, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean, though the breakfast could have been better.

I enjoyed the wide range of drinks and the staff were very friendly, especially the cappuccino, and I couldn’t find anything to complain about.
