When we pulled up to the hotel it was really bad, run down, and disgusting. People on drugs were standing around everywhere, and there were a lot of scary-looking people; it felt really ghetto. We were too scared to even enter the building for fear of being physically hurt or robbed, so we asked for a refund but were told we probably won’t get it. I’m not high maintenance at all, but this place was the scariest ever.

I was driven 4 hrs to the place only to find it looked nothing like the photos and was in a state of disrepair; they even cancelled my reservation without any warning. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, but it was incredibly frustrating.

I had no positive aspects to mention. The place was a disaster, even the rooms were dirty, and we have photos to prove it.

There was nothing good to say. The location was bad, the price was steep, customer service was poor, and the stay itself was not proper.
