The staff behaved poorly, making it a bad recommendation, especially for families. Breakfast arrived at 10:30 am. They never disclose extra fees for things like early check‑in; instead, they demand a partial payment that isn’t refundable. At the desk they act rudely, claiming you can either take the room or not because they already have your money, and they’ll charge you an exorbitant amount that was never communicated beforehand.
