I liked how spacious the room and bathroom were, the variety and taste of the breakfast, and the ergonomic bed. Despite the hotel being busy, it stayed quiet. However, the hotel is at least 500 m from the metro, and walking two suitcases on a wind‑and‑rainy day along the paved curb was tough. The hotel couldn’t fix this. The pillows were extremely thin and no alternatives were offered. The shower head had no mounting bracket, and despite reporting it, it wasn’t repaired—my first uncomfortable shower in a long time. The lamp at the head of the bed didn’t light; the instruction “press the button below” was vague. As an engineer, I wondered why the right side could be opened but not the left. These are small details, but overall we were satisfied.

“Schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel”

The hotel sits right in the city center; you can walk less than 10 minutes to the U6 subway and head straight to Marienplatz, for example. Parking is easy in the hotel’s own underground garage. The breakfast buffet is great and very extensive, even offering lactose‑free milk. Our room was spacious and well equipped with a very comfortable mattress and all necessary shower items. During our stay, the hotel was quiet both day and night, and everything was well maintained. The staff, especially at breakfast, were very friendly and considerate. On the downside, depending on the room’s location, street noise can be loud. One side of the complex is only about 100 m from an on‑ and off‑ramp of the Mittlerer Ring highway; sleeping with the window open is almost impossible, though ventilation, air conditioning, and ceiling height compensate somewhat. There are drafts in the bathroom area. The milk‑glass partition in the bathroom has large gaps around the door frame, and because the separation to the sleeping area is only a huge milk‑glass pane, the odors from the bathroom seep into the room at night when lights are on—whoever designed this?

“Würde ich nochmal buchen.”

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer 31qm, das Zimmer war groß, sehr Sauber, das Bad war sehr groß und sehr gut gemacht! Die Lage ist gut, wenn man schnell die Autobahn Richtung Norden erreichen möchte, oder den Englischen Garten. unsere Betten hingen ein wenig durch, leichte Rückenschmerzen am nächste Tag, vielleicht waren es nur unsere Betten
