The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, the location was spot‑on, the food was delicious and the staff were attentive, but the television wasn’t a Smart TV.

Everything impressed me – the cleanliness, the comfort, the staff’s service and the restaurant, and there were no downsides.

I appreciated the comfortable and clean facilities, but the mattress was uncomfortable and the breakfast disappointed me. The quality, quantity, and variety of items on display had dropped compared to previous stays. The bread had been thawed, there was no seasonal fruit, no homemade cake, and the coffee tasted unpleasant. When we asked the staff for coffee from a different machine, we were charged for it, even though breakfast was included in the reservation.
