The room was very large, with a nice bathroom and a small foyer; the décor in the room and throughout the house is lovingly done with beautiful accessories; breakfast was good; the garden/terrace is shared, and a locked barn provides secure storage for e‑bikes; the owner was very caring and even recommended a good restaurant in a neighboring town 6 km away, where she booked us the last available table; the windows are well insulated from the busy street, though the traffic is quite audible when they’re open. However, paying 88,50 € for a single‑room night was already a good price given the quality; I think 75‑80 € would have been more appropriate. There was no e‑bike charging facility in the barn.

“Well maintained, older property that offers value for money.”

The room felt more like a suite and was very roomy; it’s not far from town, restaurants, and a couple of good bakeries. The wooden floors and staircase make it easy to hear people coming and going, and if they arrive late it can be an issue—other guests came after 11 pm and were still making noise.

I found the apartment fairly clean and well kept, but the landlady was overly controlling, the place gets very hot in summer and there's no air conditioning.

We were the only ones in the house, and the outdoor area is lovely, but the breakfast was pricey compared to other guesthouses and they ran out of milk because it was empty.
