Hôtel Léonard de Vinci II

Thank you. Cozy, clean, quiet, staff friendly, daily housekeeping. Towels, soap, shampoo, heater, extra blanket were provided. It’s a 20‑minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which is great. The hotel has a restaurant on the first floor. There was no iron, but that wasn’t critical. We missed an electric kettle in the room to make tea before bed; we were given single‑use cups. Thanks.

“Très mauvaise expérience, établissement décevant et absence de service”

The only positive was that this accommodation was available near the sporting event I was attending; hotel options were very limited that weekend. The experience was very disappointing, especially considering the price paid (130 € per night). The toilet bowl was in bad shape, the TV cable was broken, and there was an insect resembling a bed bug found in the room at 5 am. No front‑desk staff were available at check‑out to report these issues and hand over the keys personally. I requested a refund, which was denied. I’m still waiting for possible compensation. I’m also disappointed with the follow‑up, which didn’t provide a satisfactory response to my complaint. I do not recommend this establishment based on my experience.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel’s location is great, especially being close to a subway entrance, yet the bathroom had disgusting smells.

“Helt OK och prisvärt.”

The breakfast was excellent and affordable, but the bed felt a bit narrow for two people who aren't picky.

The bathroom was fine, but the room faced the street and the noise was unbearable until 3 am.
