After paying, they called and said it was full, then told me to go to Ebony where they gave me a room infested with cockroaches. The sheets were dirty and smelled, the pillowcases were torn and unclean, and the room was worse—no towels were provided. The staff were very rude.

I booked, but upon arrival I received poor service, ended up canceling 😞, and never got a refund.

The service was good; all workers were very attentive to me as a client. Hot water was nice in winter, and it felt like a safe space.
