The terrace view was great, and the staff were friendly. The restaurant food was decent, but there was no water at the time.

The staff were familiar, very welcoming and kind, which is the best you can expect. The restaurant kitchen produced very good food. However, water was often missing. In a week we could only shower a few times, almost never hot, but that wasn't the main issue; they really struggled to get water in. The room cleaning was not up to standard.

The old mountain village has nice restaurants and shops and is linked to Corfu town by bus, so a car isn’t essential, though the 30‑minute walk to the beach is steep. The rooms offer panoramic sea views but, as shown in the pictures, the roof facilities—including the restaurant’s air filters—can be heard and smelled when windows are open. The air‑con and small fridge were a plus. The restaurant boasts a lovely panoramic terrace and good food. The room was clean enough but not thoroughly, for example dust under the beds. The windows lacked mosquito nets, which would have helped with the mosquitos. The biggest problem was the unreliable water supply; turning on the tap, shower, or toilet flush was always a gamble. We learned the whole village has ongoing water issues, and even the hotel’s own water tanks, which we saw being filled, didn’t reliably reach our rooms. The staff didn’t explain when shortages or repairs would occur, nor did they offer any compensation for the repeated inconveniences.

The shower was new, but the toilet seat and flush were defective. Pansion Alexandros is mainly a restaurant, and it’s good. However, the ventilation unit for the restaurant, located directly below the rooms, creates strong noise and odor, making it unsuitable as accommodation unless you stay entirely outside the rooms.

Incredible! The team is superb and welcoming, the fish is amazing, and the whole building is really cute—especially with the multi‑level terrace in front among the trees. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to feel at home. We toured the island; it was truly the best spot to feel at home, between Alexandros and In Bar 50 meters below. We had plenty of time for a long day of swimming, then showering and returning for dinner and celebrating every night without ever getting tired. Thank you, really, an unforgettable stay. We left with a head full of memories and hearts tied to new friends.
