This centrally located hotel is 150 meters from the city centre, featuring a tennis court, restaurant, and free WiFi. Nearby attractions include Chaves Municipal Stadium (3km) and a kids' park (100 meters).

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was modern with a comfortable bed and luxury toiletries; they even gave me a bottle of water and put me on a high floor. The outdoor pool was stunning in the summer and a must‑visit. The location was superb—Termas Chaves is practically next door, and a pleasant walk along the river takes you to the town, Roman bridge, and castle in under 10 minutes. Free parking in front of the hotel is convenient, though the driveway is in bad shape and should be fixed. I would have preferred glasses made of paper instead of glass, and the room was missing a fridge.

O hotel é bastante central, com uma atmosfera tranquila. Os funcionários são atencioso e tem um.pequeno-allmoço muito bom. Um bónus extra: a zona da piscina permite ver a paisagem transmontana que é de cortar a respiração
