“Calidad precio deficiente”

The dining staff were attentive, with a senior waiter who was very attentive, efficient, and helpful. The breakfast was very complete, the air conditioning worked well, and the noise isolation in the rooms was excellent. The check‑in was slow. I don’t understand why they require official IDs from everyone staying, and if you don’t have them they won’t register you. The pool is small and dirty, there were no towels, and the floor had slick areas that were peeling, causing you to trip or even fall. The mattress was hard. They didn’t allow a water bottle or coffee, and at the price there should have been a minibar. The bathroom was small, and the shower water ran into the bathroom, causing flooding and a hazard for falling on the wet, slippery floor, especially since I was traveling with an elderly adult. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the city center. There is no security at the parking lot. The room does not have a comfortable armchair, only a chair.

The pool is very small and there aren’t enough chairs to keep the kids occupied.

The parking is spacious and the lobby is comfortable, and the bedroom is a good size and even includes coffee. The bathroom is a little small but functional.
