Hotel Mesa De Los Santos

“El hotel permitio que otros huespedes hicieran ruido toda la noche sin cumplir los horarios de ruido”

The hotel never enforces its own noise policy. Even late at night you can hear loud chatter outside the rooms, despite the rule that says it shouldn’t happen.

Staff were really on top of things, always ready to help whenever I needed something.

“Agradable en general”

The common areas are tidy and pleasant, which I liked. However, the kitchen was missing a couple of pans and the huge bathroom didn’t have any hook or rack to hang towels or clothes.

The place feels very calm and countryside‑like, which is a plus. Unfortunately the pool only opens at 3 pm and shuts down at 5 pm, so we got just an hour of swimming, and the restaurant isn’t open all day despite the remote location.

Everything about this stay was great – the location was spot on, the staff were friendly, the weather was perfect and the facilities were in good shape.
