The staff are very welcoming and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the fridge and Keurig were appreciated. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. All good.

The location and the size of the room are great. The air conditioning didn’t work well, it was hot, and the controls were hard to use even though a procedure was provided. The shower water was unstable, turning cold or very hot.

I booked and had told the hotel I was traveling with my dog, but they rejected my stay because of my dog’s weight (69 lbs). They said they allow a maximum of 50 lbs for dogs (though nothing said that anywhere) and that they were canceling the booking, yet I was still charged on my credit card. Now I’m trying to get my money back and dealing with the property.
