“謝謝蛋塔小姐姐跟Kiki小姐姐”
The guest had a wonderful four-day stay at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by two staff members, Dada and Kiki. Their enthusiasm and dedication made the stay truly enjoyable, and the guest is likely to return to the hotel for future visits to Hangzhou. The guest's overall experience was overwhelmingly positive.
“very good”
My initial stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience, with a spacious room, modern facilities, and a convenient location. The hotel's amenities, including a large bathtub, contributed to a comfortable stay.
“GREAT”
My stay at this hotel was extremely satisfying, with a comfortable room, convenient amenities, and a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's unique features, including face recognition and a novel decoration style, made it a standout choice. The free vehicle service and delicious breakfast added to the hotel's appeal.
The guest appreciated the hotel's convenient location and well-equipped rooms, but felt that the dining options could be improved, particularly for Muslim guests who would have liked to see more seafood options. Overall, the guest was satisfied with their stay but had some suggestions for improvement.
My stay at the Vance Hotel was an excellent experience, with a high-quality bed, clean and tidy room, and exceptional location service. The hotel's unique features, including intelligent room control, added to its charm. The hotel's proximity to the Qiantang River and West Lake made it an ideal choice for exploring the area.
