“Hotel had fire and closed. Had to search for another hotel. Tired and angry got another hotel at 9pm”

I couldn't stay because the hotel was closed after a fire days earlier and nobody told me. Very upsetting after driving for 10 hours. I expect a refund since you had already billed my card. I have tried to call the Days Inn but there is no answer. I will never use again and neither should anyone else.

Cancellation of the reservation with a proposed hotel name. A spam-like SMS without a signature. No message via Booking.

The place was closed due to a fire. We didn't get the stay we paid for.
