It’s cheap, but the soundproofing is poor.

The room was large and the air‑conditioner worked well. Unfortunately, it had a terrible smell right when we entered—cigarette smoke mixed with moldy mildew. The walls were dirty, creating an unclean and unpleasant atmosphere.
